At Earlswood Housing Group we pride ourselves in providing short term accommodation without the need to enter 6- 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy contracts which are typical in most residential lets. We provide flexibility and choice at the commencement of the tenancy agreement which allows for short contracts at a slightly higher price but without the need to enter a longer legal commitment. Longer contracts ( 6 to 12 months) are also welcome and we charge a lower rent to reflect the longer commitment being entered into by the tenant.

All our units are  fully compliant with Local Authority Licensing rules regarding housing standards as well as making sure that we employ best industry practice in dealing with all our tenants.
 
The majority of our properties are let on an all inclusive basis. This means that all electrical, gas and water bills including council tax is included within the rent charged. There is no need to enter into separate agreements with utility suppliers.
 
Our properties are regularly inspected by the head office staff and ensure that the units remain in a clean state at all times.
 
Some of our properties have on site laundry facilities which makes for convenience and in most cases are cheaper to use than outside commercial laundry services.
