Q) How is Earlswood Housing Group different?
A) Our logo says it all...... ''Low Prices With No Surprises'' Our unique all inclusive rental package means that you have a set rent which includes all the utilities and council tax. You are no longer exposed to the ever increasing charges for electricity, gas or council tax.
Q) What is included in the Rent?
A) Use of the property, Electricity, Gas, Water bills and Council tax (UK Property tax). Common areas are cleaned twice a week.
Q) What is the minimum term for any tenancy?
A) We insist on a minimum of one month's tenancy. Tenancies of less than 6 Months are charged between £5 to 10 per week extra per room.
Q) Do you have Internet connections?
A) Although most of our units have Internet connections; the usage charges will be payable by the ingoing tenant.
Q) Are overseas tenants welcome?
A) Overseas tenants on work permits or allowed to enter the UK to seek work are most welcome. We can in most instances email the tenancy agreement to you so that you have a room reserved for when you arrive in the UK.
Q) How do I reserve my accommodation from abroad?
A) We arrange all the agreements to be sent to you by email. You sign the agreements and email them back to us. You will need to arrange the transfer of funds (a non-refundable holding deposit- typically £100) electronically or by Money Gram or Western Union. Once received we will acknowledge, in writing ,the safe receipt of your holding deposit. This will enable us to reserve accomodation for you in advance of your trip to the United Kingdom. You will be required to pay the balance of your deposit and advance rent when you arrive in the UK and before the keys are released to you.
Q) What type of tenants are you looking for?
A) We insist that all our tenants are working or have a job in the UK. Sometimes we may allow overseas tenants who are looking for jobs or have job interviews arranged in the UK but in this instance we would seek a full one month rent and deposit be paid in advance.
Q) What deposit do you seek?

Q) How is the deposit held?
A) All our deposits are held under either a Custodial or Insured schemes in compliance with the current UK Government legislation relating to residential deposits. Deposits are paid back on the day of departure once the accommodation has been inspected by our Head office staff.
